Disan is my first name or Christian name.  Buteera is the family name or surname.  I am from an Anglican family.  But, as new philosophies about new religions, I have also been attending other faith presentations such as SDA and Born Again Christians.  That applies to other siblings in the family such as Fred, Eddie (Edward), Joshua…  I am fortune with 12 siblings (sibling brothers and sisters).  Eeeh, would have been 13 siblings but the second from the top David Mugalula, died when he was younger.  It is indeed impressing that I had a fortune birth though It was full of hills and valleys. In the first place, of course I was born a male – boy human being. The day at a health centre hospital in 1979 May named Mpenja Health Centre Hospital which is found in Gomba District, Mpenja under the guidance of a midwife called Mrs Lulanga (R.I.P). Then, I was baptised at Kanziira Church of Uganda which is in Gomba District. (see photo taken in 2019) below.  That is the campus grounds of Kanziira Primary School and Kanziira Church of Uganda (COU) The campus grounds tries to make improvements or developments.  Those are seconded by Kanziira High School!  That is building infrastructure development as well as a pupil’s welfare (Universal education) but needs improvement with scholastic materials (Computers for pupils and staff, pens, text books, school shoes and socks, debates, quizes, (PTA) Parents Teachers Association sessions, and School library. (Updated in England by Disan Buteera at 13:04pm British Autumn Time (BAT).

Days progressed as I was GROWING but without any breast feed (Mutayonka in Luganda language was almost a given name as people were gazing at me!) due to mother’s sickness. The birth was hard. During the course of that journey, I am sure I was singing (click here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0JQX25fnDGE). May be I was very big and caused such unhealth fitness to the mother. See her pictured here. I based and grew using cow’s milk.

1. Maama Mary Nakasula Mrs and Mr (Ttaata) Levi Bafamimwa Batankulu (RIP) of Kanziira, Gomba District. But Maama Mary now resides in Entebbe, Ug. Hence Levi’s family like Nankya Robinah (Mummy Andrew Mugalasi, Julius (Jully), Nakanagwa) Dan, Njeri, Sam as well as Nasande and Habineza from Maama Mary’s family side of Namutumba- Buwanguzi road. From / after this help, I was then taken to Jjaaja Esteeri Masaana’s home.
2. Jjaaja Esteeri Masaana of Kisaaka – around Nakalere forest reserve residential. The word Jjaaja was a common phrase to the lady. Then Masaana – she used to wear gogles (spects). Her Children such as Uncle Benya of Bwaise, Kampala – Kampala City Council Servant, Uncle Lutaama (R.I.P) of Mutundwe, Kampala – Investment Bank assisted. Therefore, well done

With my generation, at 14 I had completed Primary School education and so, I was preparing and really attended Secondary School Education of which I finished extras with me. Then, with the Mother she had Education as well from that level though she didn’t go far as I did. Later, she married a golden man ‘The Headteacher / Principal of a Primary School. They were posted to different Schools in Mpigi/ Gomba districts in East Africa in Uganda such as Kanziira primary school, Mpenja Primary school, Lwanga Primary school extra. During training at Namutamba PTC in Mityana District in Uganda – the father. Rumours say that it was during work or in service. (The guy – father RIP 2003/4) in the photograph below.

In fact, are the backbone of Kanziira Church of Uganda above with Sprout… Mpenja Church of Uganda extra. The grandmother was a religious lady and a chapel leader. She used to lead congerations as well as sending them out. It is a great fortunate, indeed to or with the family (God’s Office beginnings) . Historically or before.!

I loved learning when I was a young boy. Infact, I used to hold a pen and a book as if I was reading and writing and yet I was in my childhood. You know in childhood chidren smile, knock things down whilst holding them and try to be discoveras. My Kindergaten Schooling was from home where the Mother taught me Maths as well as the writing and spelling of my name. But from there , I started formal Schooling when I was 6 years old at Kanziira Primary School, Gomba District in Uganda where dad was the Headteacher. My mother was a Professional Mother and the dad was a Professional teacher (Headteacher). Then, It was my time giving a Speech from the above acquisations but the video has been technically recorded in silence – Food for thought!!! I (Buteera Disan) of Hutu race became a product of Laws at London Metropolitan University, England during the period of 2007/8. I attended University’s lectures in Criminal Law 1, Criminal Law 2, Administration Law, Law of Contract 1, Law of Contract 2, Constitutional Law and Research Skills in Laws.

The specialism was in Governance, Administration and the Law = LLB

I had a variety of skills, learning, experiences and professional outlook which offered the source of the above admision at the London Metropolitan University. Evidence has it that graduates frpm such learning experience become Lawyers, Solicitors, Barristers, Property Experts such Housing Law, Land, Registras and Judges but at higher courts not lower Courts as being a Youth Justice Judge may be following Youth Justice learning. The Open University, England has a story for that I being its product during 2015/6.
Representations at the School of Law of London Metropolitan University caused an alarm basing on the use of evidence focusing on the above mentioned laws. Later, led to the termination of my status as a Student from the University; Imagine a year one!!!! following Mitigating /Mitigation factors such as poor statistics of marks by University and ofcourse such a Judicial course must be viewed or examined by innerest experts of Law.

It is a shame being a false alamy product since the above arguement is citing a different picture. I believe and sure that I had done it as expected following Protocols of Universty’s learning. I am well versed in what I do though some may be under estimated, looked and surprised at by another audience with hidden expectations.
Rumours say there are some Indians who have been and may be still behind getting it right and later be moved to Rwanda/ Ruanda and be Judges there ofcourse and others as they may seem. I am a native of Rwanda/ Ruanda who grew from abroad in Uganda. I believe and sure those Indians and Adventists faith of Belgian root (See invasion of Ruanda in 1920 by Belgians) what to show some kind of superioity in Rwanda/ Ruanda having it that they have but …
Witchcraft has been rampant mainly during the period I had at London Metropolitan University. You know now the expectations. (Alchemy discover)
Today, I am still sorrounded by the same and their agents of whatsoever includes Nottingham Trent University I believe, England as well.
Finally, the Judicial art I have has led to numerous settings many I believe are terrorist organisations using Police, with the aim of terrorising Rwanda.

Bute is derived from my name Buteera as a student.  Open is derived from our University’s name.  Then studios, that obvoius. Its the studio.
