The National Justice Museum in Nottingham is very historical and modern in terms of the running of Justice services mainly the Youth Justice field.
In it there is an active Civil Court, Magistrate Court, Youth Court, Juvenile Justice services (Offender Learning Exercises / Practices) and a variety of Justices.
In 2013 while at Nottingham Trent University, as Students and Youth Justice Judges / Practitioners in making, were invited / hosted as a matter of urgency to acquire and picture the skills necessary in the Youth Justice Customer field.
Interactions went on well and the day finished amicably. So, we had to return back to our homes. But the down stairs are a bit scaring ofcourse as you are aware what Punishment(s) really are, the exibitions citing out Punishments and the Law are in!!!
Anti Social behaviour Young Offenders express (this being my area of interest), are offered punishments. In early ages around 1844, there was hard labour prisoners, Transportation of Offenders, Borstal system, mental Institutions, Public humiliation includes hanging and reformatory Schooling.

I, Buteera Disan , 21 Churchside Gardens, Room 4, Nottingham NG7 5GW, state as follows:

1. I contacted student office England and did submit my credentials which includes

1. Home Office Immigration Document
2. Deed of change of name
3. British Crown Certificate – Youth Justice 2007 and other leaflets as you can Imagine. In response, Student finance returned the Immigration document and the deed of change of name and did retain the Youth Justice certificate and the rest of other leaflets but which later returned back. Those were accompanied by notes dated 30 July 2015 and 31 July 2015 saying Information required. ‘Unfortunately we cannot accept laminated documents give us an Original Home Office letter confirming your current status in the UK and the reason for this status being granted. The letter must clearly show the date on which you were granted your status, and the date on which this status will expire, your original immigration status document etc. Remember, I am a holder of an Indefinate leave to remain in the UK (Refer to attached).
4. It put my hair off my head reading such a denial not a condition nor a request.

1. Until recently, I thought of engaging this matter with a Law firm. I contacted Nottingham Law Centre of 119 Radford Road, Hyson Green Nottingham, NG7 5DU but I am dissatisfied with their response. Infact, I attended the office several times but were saying we do not deal with student finance and yet some Solicitors which I cannot mention here for legal reasons are Welfare Advisors.
2. Instead, they have arranged an appointment to see Child care Centre. My course of learning where the University is Open is Youth Justice agreeable on partial agreements that is module to module learning. So far I am completing K115, which is Foundations for Effective Practice in Youth Justice. A 6 months learning module. Employment – wise, I become a Youth Justice Court Judge, Youth Offending Service worker, Youth Offender Institutions Worker, Education liaison Worker, name it.
3. In conclusion, I do persuade you to intervene and my money be banked. The University is always in need of its tuition. That’s whereby, I have been trying my best to dig deeper into the pocket as well as thinking of alternatives. As a Job seeker, I am banking with HSBC Bank. Thank you, Buteera Disan, 07951167275.

I, Buteera Disan , of 21 Churchside Gardens, Room 4, Nottingham NG7 5GW, state as follows:
1. I am hoping the first application I have submitted regarding Student Finance is progressing. Back to the matter.
2. I contacted the Department for Immigaration which is UK Visas and Immigration via Home Office, Travel Documents BRP, Po Box 588, Durham, DH99 1AA which was returned by the Liverpool Office. Unfortunately, the No time Limit application was refused saying that since I came with a passport is the only… dates back in 2014/5.
3. I became surprised seeing maladministration taking a move with the Home Office which I believe was a sort of biasness, inaptitude, laziness, incompetence and being Professional uncivilised. As a Law abiding Citizen; Ugandan – hoping to get the British Citizenship or perhaps Rwandan Citizenship, the latter my ancestrial and Traditional Homeland. The Home Office is exercising such kinds of arrogances and somewhat lacking common sense.
4. Recently, the Home Office having refused the NO Time Limit application I had personally written and submitted, I thought of some legal advice. As a result, I contacted Panacea Solicitors, New Brook House, 385 Alfreton Road, Nottingham, NG7 5LR of Telephone Number 01158719456 and discussed the situation and circumstances by which I was falling in being the holder of an Indefinate Leave to remain in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
5. The Solicitor who can not be named here for legal reasons, assessed and did the rest on my behalf. Consequently, a Transfer of Conditions application was filled. I am wondering since as a result, the Home Office dramatically with the firm refused the Transfer of Coditions form saying (Refer to Home Office letter dated 12/02/2016). Remember, I had explained earlier that in the Home Office file there is already a No Time Limit application which was refused for entering Britain with a passport. Am I an angel?
6. During the 2014/5 application the return feedback, the envelope was dirty and unpleasing with lot of dust inside. I used DHL while posting to the Home Office. The results were dirty and unpleasing.
7. Upon Panacea’s call that a No Time Limit application AGAIN reguires to be completed, I refused that and as a result, I left their Office.
8. Today, I have been invited by Nottingham Refugee Forum at Sycomore Community Centre , St Anns for the issue and completion of the Biometric application and perhaps travel document. Something which is also undermining from the rational point of view following what has been happening. The arrangement is on 05/ 05/2016 from 1pm before an Immigration expert.

I have used the anti-hill to demonstrate or explain the above reference in the name of a family. The height or level it reached at came because of the efforts and intelligence of the inhabitants whilst forming the anti-hill which includes the King (Drone), Queen, the termites, and the ants. Examples and diagrams of those are given below. In reference to myself and the parents as described from the previous pages, existence emerged.
Today as I progress with such efforts of building or formation, I am in England being observed as making plans and succeses while in Nottingham City.

The reproduction of ants in our common langauge the suits people of today mainly in the so called developing working environments and formation. Its a refernce of today’s modern histrory.

The Termites

In that, if the above King and Queen form a court which is in our common understanding the court room, becomes the Judge.
The termites and their head standing as soldiers protecting the Judge and the ants make whats called Lawyers. As their generations multiply, the Kingdom ofcourse enlarges as well.
Hence, Nyanza palace and the Kingdom of Ruanda/ Rwanda at large, may trace and find me being part of its concrete in England following such a formation. But below thats Kanziira, Gomba District, Uganda I was raised and born by my parents as they are (R.I.P) from the previous pages

This message has ever been addressed to the British High Commission based in Kigali together with the Rwanda Immigartion Service Commission, UK in August 2016 as an appeal calling upon a return home to Ruanda Kigali the Vision City. I am BUTERA DISAN a protestant (Anglicanism) in religion born of Uganda located in East Africa; Rwanda/ Egypt and Isreal being my ancestrial and traditional homelands. Traditionally, this exibits Isreal and religion. Its the central centre of Isreal (Jerusalem) besides that we have Mt Sinai (Egypt).

And so the above was the Exodus (The Journey)!!! but those visible pictures are not real Isrealites. I think are unnecessarily familiarising. Another view (theory) of movement is said to be looking for water and pasture for their animals reaching the Nile valley along that basin until they settled in Ruanda/Rwanda ofcourse accompanied by their technologies but remember we are of Glaciation or the moon origin.

The above Exodus was for the exploration of the River Nile, adventuring and ofcourse grazing the Cattle.
My grandparents of hutu race or tribe (The Kabango) (RIP) migrated from Rwanda from a nearer’s City suburb Ezaazi escaping the conflicts of wars by then 1920’s. Belgium government (Obubirigi) Invasion. I am a sibling belonging to late Samuel Mairane (RIP) and Elizabeth Mairane (RIP) resting at Kanziira along Mairane avenue or road, Gomba District of Uganda, East Africa, Africa. My parents, the father had graduated from a Primary Teachers’ College of Uganda who left the teaching service as a headteacher for a period of 46 years and the mother did not go far but graduated from Comprehensive Junior School. Then, Mummy and I (Buteera Disan) on harvesting day below/ graduation 2002/3 commenced from 2000/2. It is a two years Diploma in Secondary Education majored in History and Divinity as Kiyimba Disan (unwritten in British History, see a sylum claim) a name I used during those days hiding my Identity from enemies. It started to be used in 1996 following a conversation in Entebbe, Uganda I was having with my brother Francis Kibogora famously today known as Dennis Kayondo. It was a School holiday. The College is Nkozi National Teachers’ College along the Equator.

While with American University, Massachusetts enjoyed learning during the busy summer visiting learning (April 2015). I was with the faculty of Education with Schools and Society discipline. I learnt a variety of teaching School students of the Secondary level as a Teaching assistant. However, I rejected its certificate award for failing to give a pass to Cultural work. We were majoring in discussions, comprehensions, Grammar, Information Analysis, Compositions and Society.

Today since October 2015, I commenced a Foundation Degree learning in Effective Practice in Youth Justice with the Open University, England for a year. Results are now back in this June 2016 and this is what the University Tutor has to say in reply ‘’Re: K115: Results back via P. A variety of materials are expected to be achieved such as experiences of working in a Youth Court, Youth Offending Service, Schools as an Education Liaison Officer and Community Youth Servant environments. I have embedded on my knowledge of critical thinking, problem solving and analysis of information. Upon the learning I acquired from the common core module which is America’s initiative on shifting the standards of learning of Education.
When I was younger, I loved learning before my time of attending School. I used to hold a pencil and a pen as well as opening a book as if I was reading before six years. I began Schooling when I was a young boy from the age of 6 (six) and later graduated from a higher level of education while in Uganda. I enjoyed Science, Social studies and Maths during my Primary Schools days and Secondary Schooling as well with Religious education, English, Biology ecetecera in addition. Pursuing studies in Schools and Society, I believe it was not something new I mean while referring to those words ‘Schools and Society’. I have interest which is rooting from within myself, determination, eagerness, motivation, goal, and attitude of learning. So, those combination of factors are promoting my capacity and attitude. I completed a Foundations in Youth Justice with the Open University which is a backing of services regarding Children and Young people for both Schools and Youth Justice Industry.
Time came when I was hosted by my sister’s home at Kitebi in Kampala, Uganda, I promoted the idealism of learning to her children. She is Rebecca Mairane now living in Desmonies, USA with her family. Below we took a picture while at Kitebi.

Bansel (2006) talks about life history narratives as a Social accomplishment that draws on the narratives and discourses available in any specific historical, political and social context. Of course, as from above, my life career I believe is as a result of my cultural outstandings as labelled above. Shouldn’t it have been the case, then I am wondering whether I would have been at the American University during that time, Uganda Schoolings and Open University today, searching for wisdom which in turn is going to put me into a professional setting the world is still seeking. In that, my earning power is expected to be at its highest as well as serving in an admirable manner as has been the historical norm of my family history.
I thoroughly enjoyed School days while in Uganda which is why I am capable of expressing myself nicely. I left Uganda to Great Britain in November 2004. I joined Nottingham Trent University for a Bachelor of Youth Justice which ended in a diaspro. The reason being, the University offered unfair and misleading remarks on 2013/4 results. It offered a fail repeat without attendance and went on informing me to re-do and attend which resulted into being summarised as attendance from my point of view as Youth Justice student. Upon all that, i left the University with a Diploma in Youth Justice supplement which I withdrew from following poor analysis of information by the University. Remember, I am holding a British crown certificate in Effective Practice Youth Justice 01/2007. Now my performance again whilst with the American University is fantastic full of excellent grades. To mention, I have been scoring 9/10, 8/10, 8/10 and more which are distinctions in comprehensions and reading. However, I have been offered a place at the Open University to major in Youth Justice studies (England and Wales) commencing October 2015 to July 2027 (module to module until completing )and in financial difficulties of financing the course.

My legal date of birth is 17/06/1974 and the biological date of birth is 26/05/1979. I consider myself to be equally well in determining my future as well as sticking on what is required. I speak in an even voice and very respectful, love music, reading, adventuring and meeting deadlines which is why my Schooling is outstanding.
Finally, on a sad note, Rwanda Immigration did not further with my application since I lacked the Identity Card as a Rwandan. I am waiting for an appeal. It is to be fortunate hearing happy ending news of this application. Back to education learning. The syllabii curriculum of both the Open University, England and American University, Massachusetts with their contents of educational banking, I am sure will be effectively demonstrated whilst offering its causes. I mean imparting knowledge to students or learners using the teaching principles such as student to teacher rapport, learning from each other, involving parents into a student’s progress and above that, keeping and maintaining the highest standards of education or with the Youth Justice Industry. I am sure I will be able to live decently well in the Nation Rwanda as I have been living in the United Kingdom, England in a friendly manner with some hopes of restructuring the Nation to a better life changing environment.
